All questions are displayed on a single page. Please complete the application form in one session.

Summary of eligibility:

AAAE Student Members in good standing or students of an AAAE institutional member are eligible for the prize.
One application per person will be accepted.
Papers don’t need to be directly responding to the conference theme.
Papers must be authored by current students or recent graduates (no more than two semesters from graduation).
Papers written during all semesters of calendar year 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters are eligible.
Submissions must be a minimum 2000 words and must not exceed 8000 words.
Papers must be double-spaced, written in Times New Roman, with a font size of 12 pt.
Nominations must be submitted by Friday April 5, 2026.
